One of the reasons I was hired by the India arm of a Fortune 30 brand: to leverage my experience to launch, reimagine and optimize their social and digital media.
Besides providing communications support to leadership teams across the organisation, I also led all paid media employer branding campaigns for the team. The result? An overall 0.94% Click Through Rate (CTR) & 1.86% Engagement Rate against industry benchmarks of 0.58% and 0.78% (respectively) on LinkedIn.
Corporate Brand Management & Crisis Communications
As part of the Communications team at Target, I was often called upon to provide strategic support for the brand's Indian outpost.
We co-produced hybrid, global tech conferences amidst the pandemic while also orchestrating mass vaccination drives and managing a complex Covid-19 communications plan to ensure optimum employee engagement.
In the process, we managed to get Target certified as a Great Place To Work. More importantly, we were able to help and support each member of the organisation in tiding over one of the most seminal global crises of our time.
