When EY India first reached out to me with the idea of bringing some B/D2C finesse to grow their B2B SaaS business, I was definitely intrigued. Within a year, I grew our team's nascent brand marketing and creative + communications expertise from an individual contributor role to a full-scale department.

In particular, our event marketing pursuits not only helped us create and manage a community of 50+ B2B SaaS customer connects but also pull off 2 major events within a year. 

The icing on the cake? Our 1 lac event budget helped us in supporting the sales team to win a major brand transformation engagement with a key client worth $8 million!

IP Creation & Management

The chance to work with India's largest media conglomerate in the pandemic was a rare opportunity to build and work on some iconic intellectual properties (IPs) and create virtual + hybrid event-based communities around them.

The role allowed me to ideate, pitch, scale and grow new/existing IPs such as Times Women's Drive, Morning Fitness Party, Kitchen Tales, Corp Fest, Times Traveller, and more for The Times Group across Print, Radio, TV, Social, Digital, and OTT - while also owning up the P&L for these platforms.
