When HabitNu (US/BLR-based, weight loss & diabetes management app) brought me on board to launch and establish their brand in the B2C & B2B India market, the brief was clear: fail fast and build quick.

From the ground up, I set up an AI-first, integrated, full-service global team while simultaneously getting the brand into market through on-ground B2C events & activations and a sharp mix of organic & paid campaigns while also representing at vital B2B GCC Summits to further evangelise.

The work spanned the full funnel: from awareness to conversion: resulting in 500+ Sales Qualified Leads, measurable B2B & B2C funnel conversions, and the creation of our own Event, Webinar & Referral IPs that gave the brand a distinct, owned voice in a competitive digital health space.

When Fortune 200 alumni, Ecolab reached out to me to set up their own in-house, B2B creative services marketing team, I was all ears.

Starting from scratch, I conducted extensive ecosystem research, outlined an interview & selection process with our Accenture hiring partners across 50+ interviews in design & copy, and finalized a 15-member team, while simultaneously setting in place the culture, workplace systems & processes to run an operational creative marketing services unit within the Indian context.

Within 3 months, the team was taking on Ecolab's Tier 2 & 3 creative marketing briefs from 30+ marketing divisions across print, social, digital (internal/external websites & micro-sites), SEO/SEM, and User Access Management, clocking a 100% on-time delivery record and putting the firm on track for annual cost savings of 1 Million.
