When Fortune 200 alumni, Ecolab reached out to me to setup their own in-house, B2B creative services marketing team, I was all ears.


I started with tons of research & interviews with important ecosystem stakeholders and outlined the interview/selection process with our Accenture hiring partners to conduct 50+ interviews across design & copy to finalize the final 15 members of my team.

Setting up from scratch also meant the rare chance to set in place culture, work place systems & processes and unearth tons of learning in setting up an operational creative marketing services team for a global organisation within the Indian context.

Last seen, the team was growing at a healthy pace to insource all creative marketing requirements for the firm and is on track to deliver on an annual cost savings of $1 Million!

B2B Creative Marketing
 

Going from 0 - 1 with an in-house B2B creative marketing services team came with its own set of challenges, especially within the startup framework of a 100+ old, global, legacy brand re-entering India.

From learning the brand fundamentals to devising knowledge transfer & service rehearsal training programs to ensuring the team is upto speed with the latest creative trends in the industry - every day was a learning opportunity.

Within 3 months of operations, our team was raring to take on all of Ecolab's Tier 2 & 3 creative marketing services briefs from 30+ marketing divisions across print, social, digital (internal/external websites & micro-sites), SEO/SEM and User Access Management (UAM) responsibilities (for enterprise accounts such as Shutterstock & Adobe - Creative Cloud & Workfront) - with a 100% on-time delivery record for our services.
