I was responsible for setting up the EY India B2B SaaS brand marketing team from scratch to produce and launch 3 thought leadership reports within a year of my time at EY India.


Some of these reports were co-created in collaboration with leading bodies such as the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) & Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY) and launched via integrated media campaigns.

The objectives were two-fold:

As part of EY's developing B2B SaaS thought leadership prowess, my team and I created our very own Branding, Marketing & Communications (BMC) Analyses Framework.

This allowed us to:

  • Score creative & content marketing performances across a brand's social/digital CX

  • Evolve research x audit-led brand thought leadership tools for measuring success

  • Evangelise peer best practices across global SaaS industry sub-segments
